Startup

It is a unique Service document which is called every time that the project Starts. This document is automatically created with a new project and it cannot be renamed or deleted you also can't create another service document with the name "Startup".

Although this script is called once when the application starts to run, it can be called again, explicitly, at anytime by the application.
